    All athletes must be able to jog for at least 25 minutes w/o stopping. No one runs alone in Delta Limitless, this is due to safety concerns.

 

    A few options during this session!

  1. Track Team #2 (Mondays & Thursdays) — Grades 1st-8th
  2. Middle School Supplemental Training for School Track (Sundays & Tuesdays) — Grades 6th-8th
  3. OR BOTH! High achieving elementary athletes or middle school students that have chosen to solely participate with Delta Limitless Track Club.

 

Elementary aged accepted in Middle School Supplemental Training based on fitness levels, please email Coach Eric @limitlessrunning.com

 

Option #1: Track Team #2 (Mondays & Thursdays)

  •     Monday: 5:35-6:45pm

  •     Thursday: 5:35-6:45pm

Option #2: Middle School Supplemental Training

  •     Sunday: 12:30-1:45pm

  •     Tuesday: 5:35-6:45pm

Option #3: Both of above options

  •     Sunday: 12:30-1:45pm

  •     Monday: 5:35-6:45pm

  •     Tuesday: 5:35-6:45pm

  •     Thursday: 5:35-6:45pm

 

  • Location for weekday practices: Heron Park (950 Garin Pkwy, Brentwood)
  • Location for Sunday practices: Liberty High School Track

Session #2 Purpose: Middle School Track season coincides with this session. The team will be younger during this time of the season due to middle school commitments with his or her school team. I understand that these school opportunities are important to take advantage of. We encourage that our middle school athletes at least commit to the Middle School Supplemental Training in order to stay in tip top shape throughout the Spring and continuing as we get closer to summer. For elementary aged students, this is an exciting time of the year as we are in the thick of the USATF season!
